Nigel and I take this week off to allow Jeff to take us on a tour of a Chicago restuarant. Supermarkets are surprisingly full of woo, as homeopathy and "organic" continue to grow in popularity. This is a surprising look at the mountains of bull you can find wherever you look.

I am very impressed with Jeff's broad knowledge in these chemical components. Amazed, really, and to think he was not Googling all of this at the same time. As a chemistry major I was listening carefully to his comments and I am sufficiently satisfied and significantly impressed. Way to go Jeff.
